If you’re looking to rent an apartment with us, here are answers to common leasing questions…

  • We offer self-guided tours so you can view available apartments on your own during normal viewing hours. To request a tour:

    1. Text us a photo of your ID at (928) 923-4911

    2. Include the address and apartment # you want to see

    3. We will verify your request

    4. You’ll receive the lockbox code and viewing instructions

    5. You can then tour the apartment on your own

    Self-guided tours are quick and easy—no appointment needed. If you have questions, call or text us anytime.

  • Click Apply Now on any of our available listings. Applications are processed in the order they are received.

  • Yes. The application fee is $10 per adult and is non-refundable.

  • A government-issued photo ID and basic personal info like rental history, references, and income details. Additional documents may be requested if needed.

  • Yes. We work with many housing programs depending on unit availability and program approval requirements.

  • Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days once all required information is received.

🔑 Applying & Approval

  • In most apartments, water, sewer, and trash are included. Residents are responsible for electricity and gas if applicable (varies by unit).

⚡ Utilities

  • Submit requests through your Tenant Portal or call 928-923-4911 ext. 1 anytime.

  • For fire or life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately. Then notify us at 928-923-4911 ext. 1.

🔧 Maintenance

  • Yes. Liability coverage is required per the lease. If you don’t provide your own renters policy, Liability to Landlord Insurance will be added monthly.

  • Some leases may convert to month-to-month upon renewal with approval. A month-to-month fee may apply depending on the property.
