Your friend submits a rental application and mentions your name. Our leasing team will note the referral and keep you updated throughout the process.

Program Details
Who Can Refer?
Any current TCOCK Properties resident in good standing.
Who Qualifies?
New residents only. Must not have previously applied or rented with TCOCK Properties.
Lease Requirement
Referred applicant must sign a minimum 12-month lease to qualify for the reward.
Reward Payout
